Florian offers tailored Pastry/Sugar workshops to complete novices or to those who want to fine-tune their skills.

Whether you want to learn how to make a flower in pull sugar, a complete showpiece or any kind of pastry items such as cakes, viennoiserie or chocolate work, Florian will help you to achieve your goal. 

Classes can be organised at our kitchen in Malton where we accommodate up to 2 students or at yours, depending on your request.

One to one classes are the best option to progress quickly or to get a bespoke training working on specific topics.
