A Sunday treat....ir any day!
Found here when having a wander around Malton and it was open on a Sunday. As we were going for lunch, we just indulged in a macaron each - pistachio and lemon and bergamot. Lovely as a treat, and will be back to enjoy some more. Man working there was very patient with us trying to use Google Pay when we had left our money and cards in our car. Paris Brest Master Class
What an amazing afternoon. The extra knowledge I’ve gone home with I couldn’t be happier. Learning the art of choux pastry, making mousseline creme and Hazelnut Praline. The extra tips of the trade I’ve gained is incredible in chef Florian Poiret Paris Brest Master Class I definitely recommend. He so friendly and professional. “Better than all the rest”
Florian is a macaron & cake genius. The flavor combinations are simply a taste sensation and after visiting his little shop tucked away in a corner of Talbot Yard, I will definitely be a returning customer! The staff are warm, friendly and very welcoming and full of insider tips on the local area. Don’t believe the recent negative comments, obviously a fake review. Amazing…
We’re fortunate to live nearby so Florian’s is a place we regularly visit. We always buy macarons and I just can’t believe the variety and intensity of the flavours, magical and stunning. We also buy chocolate and our favourites are the sable biscuits and the hedgehogs. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Absolute Gem
So lucky to have this gorgeous little shop in our town. From the minute you walk upto the door it just feels warm and friendly. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. A lovely way to spend an afternoon
My friend and I had a lovely afternoon learning how to make macarons and how to decorate them. Florian was very friendly and informative and gave us lots of tips on how to make them ourselves at home. Amazing find ! You MUST visit

A wonderful macaron masterclass
A fabulous afternoon learning how to make, pipe and decorate macarons with the wonderful Florian. Lots of laughter, lots of fun and lots of learning. My friend and I had a great time. And the shop is amazing too! Lovely staff.
