Extra shipping fees will be applied for remote areas in North Ireland, the Highlands & some postcodes in Scotland.
Please select the correct Delivery Method at the checkout. (Visit our FAQ page for the list of postcodes).
Between Wednesday and Saturday, the parcel will be shipped on Monday.
Between Sunday and Tuesday, it will be shipped on Wednesday.
Only limited slots will be available for the festive period, please note that we will ship orders as below:
Wednesday 15th December for orders with only Chocolate & Snacking
Monday 20th December for orders with Macarons
On New Year week - only Wednesday 29th December
If you request a specific delivery day, it will be treated as below:
- For a Monday or Tuesday delivery, your parcel will be shipped the previous Wednesday making sure it arrives on time.
- For a Wednesday or Thursday delivery, it will be shipped on Monday of the same week.
- For a Friday, Saturday or Sunday delivery, it will be shipped on Wednesday of the same week.
Parcels are not treated during bank holidays. This is to ensure your parcel doesn't stay in the warehouse over the weekend or bank holidays.
Our parcels are send first class for a delivery expected within 72 hrs from the shipping day.
Prior to validate your order, please make sure your address is complete including an house name or house number to avoid any delay for the delivery of your parcel.
If you did not receive the parcel within 48 hours after reception of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us ASAP on 07947 587 382.
Please check regularly Parcelforce website using your tracking number to verify if your order is out for delivery. Make sure the recipient is at home to receive it, especially if your order is a gift.
We can not take responsibility if you contact us after 48 hrs, if nobody is at home to accept the parcel or if the recorded address, email address and phone numbers are incorrect / not precise enough. No claim for late delivery will be considered if you did not contact us within 48 hrs after reception of the shipping email and if the parcel has been accepted.
Our products are perfect as gifts and our parcels will be sent without invoice or prices.
